Since their's not much info. on Cosmos, here's this:
Like Chibiusa, she also comes from the future. Before she had reached Usagi's house, she landed on a ship and rescued Princess Fireball. Then she went to Usagi's house and hypnotized Usagi's mother, Ikuko. Now Chibi Chibi acts as Usagi's little sister. When other senshi saw Chibi Chibi, they thought that Chibi Chibi could be the second daughter of Usagi and Mamoru. Usagi feels warm and safe when she's with Chibi Chibi, she said that Chibi Chibi is like her little angel who's always around helping her and protecting her from harm. During the battle with Sailor Galaxia and Sailor Chaos, she kissed Sailor Moon and turns into a lady named Sailor Cosmos.
